This course is a carefully designed, highly effective weight loss coaching regimen drawn from our own personal experiences and individual journeys. Tactical Life Coach Keith Evans has lost more than 125 pounds, and will share with you the methodology, strategies and tactics you will need to be successful.
This course isn't designed for someone who is already a hardcore gym rat, distance runner or elite athlete. It's also not a fad or a "diet." This course is designed for regular people, like you, who want to use proven tools to lose weight, get in shape and sustain a healthy lifestyle long-term. Keith has experienced sustained success using these strategies, and will personally walk you through how to apply them to your own journey.
Mini-courses are quick, two to four (2-4) module courses designed to pack a lot of information into a short timeframe. Mini-courses can be completed in as little as a few days and are a great way to get familiar with our way of learning.
